CUSTOMER SERVICE
Increased Costs - Never in our history have we increased prices on the same item - only when it was changed dramatically offering much more.  As you all know, costs have gone up dramatically.  The primary influence has been fuel costs affecting everything from cost of production materials to delivery.  We have done our best to again give you the very best prices with the highest quality.  Thank you for your understanding and continued patronage.

When and if you require assistance, the best way to contact us (not to mention the cheapest) is email. Click on the Contact Us link above and you are provided a form. We do our best to reply within 2 working days (usually less).

OR, we have a new method.  Obtain a Skype account (www.skype.com) and call us on Skype (it's FREE!).  Our User ID (name) is '  impactink  '.  You will need a headset with a mic so you can talk with us.  I know you folks overseas will appreciate this service.

Unless we are out on a flight, we will do our best to monitor for your calls between 0900 and 1000 Mountain Time U.S.  That is 2 hours earlier than New York.  If we don't answer, we are probably on the line with someone else or out on a trip.  In that case, read the next paragraph.

If you do not reach us, leave a Skype Chat.  Provide a time we can try to call you back.  Please state the time in Mountain Time.  On the chat, you can also leave a typed note and we can respond to that avoiding the old 'phone' tag game.

Please remember, we are all pilots and do have schedules just like you, so please be patient.

FLEX-ENTRY

As a reminder, the Auto Notify was a service where you could register your Systems Guide and receive notification of a new update.  That no longer exists, due to the requests of many pilots.

Instead, there is now what we are calling "Flex-Entry".  So what's that?

Impact provides System Guides to many airlines around the world.  Each airline has its own specific limitations.  FOMs (Flight Operation Manuals) for each airline vary in both format and content, not to mention that with every new guy entering the training group, those FOMs seem to change almost on whim.  99% of the time, it is a limit that changes, not how a hydraulic or electrical system works.

Solution?  Based on the request/recommendations by many pilots, enter "Flex-Entry".  Now the Systems Guide is formated so that beside/under the printed "limit" in the Systems Guide, there will be a space for each pilot to enter the limit as stated in their own airline FOM, thus making your Systems Guide much more valuable when it comes study time.

So, WHEN will this happen?  Click on the "Check Current Revision" link below.  If your Systems Guide shows Rev 7.01, then you can order a new guide if you so desire.  (Note: No systems information has changed - just the format of the guide.)

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The only support you will need is for the computer training CDs from Avsoft. If you get a CD and are having a problem with passwords, installation, etc., Avsoft has a direct link for support.

However, you must do it their way. There are so many variables in these CD program disks, if you fail to provide all the required information, your subsequent support will be unsatisfactory. SO...

Go directly to their Support page. Simply click on

Avsoft Tech Support
