Return & Refund
We do our very best to provide both excellent service and product to our customers. However, there are times when we must draw a line. We appreciate your understanding of the following policy.
We receive some very creative "reasons" people want to return items. Please understand that your failure to order product in time to receive them for your training classes does not constitute reason to return an item. The old saying, "FAILURE on your part does not constitute an EMERGENCY on our part" definitely applies here.
So...
Can I return a product?
Yes, IF...
- the manufacturer of an item allows returns. Some do not. These are usually items like CDs, DVDs, etc, and
- you received an RMA number from Impact prior to sending the item back. That number must be displayed on the outside of the package or the package will not be accepted, and
- the original packaging for the item must be returned UNOPENED! (Re-gluing a seal doesn't count, sorry.)
Is there a RETURN charge?
Yes. Depending on the item, there is a "re-stocking fee" of from $5.00 to $10.00 or 5% (whichever is greater) and what condition the item is in when we receive it.
How do I get an RMA and where do I send it?
Send an email to : shipping@impactink.com
giving 1) the Item # you want to return, 2) your Order # (on your invoice) and 3) the reason you want to return the item. If the return is accepted, you will receive an email with your RMA # enclosed.
When you send the item back, it should be shipped to:

BE SURE that the RMA is prominently displayed on the OUTSIDE of the package.
Please remember. When we make a mistake, we are going to do our best to make it right for you, our customer. However, we must understand from you why a return is requested so we can correct any problems which may exist.
We also provide excellent descriptions of the items we sell plus we have the reaction of thousands of pilots. So there are no surprises. Just be sure you really want what you ordered. We appreciate your cooperation in this area. THANKS for your help.
