The Impact Ink Pilot Resource Store is a company founded by pilots for pilots.  We have been in business for over 17 years constantly striving to provide the very best in pilot training materials.  The following videos will provide added information (best viewed with Firefox or Safari - Microsoft IE is the last choice).

Kindly read the Policy links at the bottom of each page prior to ordering.  This will answer many of your questions.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email, especially if you are across one of the 'big ponds' from us. 


If you have never been to the Pilot Resource Store, you have two methods for placing an order.  Using either of these methods insure we receive first hand, accurate information.

Order Method 1 - Place your order by clicking on the Aircraft menus (left side of each page).  This will place your order through the Shopping Cart (top right corner of the page).  Your information is automatically recorded and secure. 

OR

Order Method 2 - Click on any Aircraft link (Airbus, Boeing, etc).  On the very first page there is a note, "Security - Alternative ORDER method - Click Here".  This will provide a form you can fill out and fax to our secure office at Impact.  Be sure all information is clearly readable.


If you have previously been to our store, just...

Log In with the email address and private password you saved in your records.  This eliminates the necessity of filling in repetitive information. Be sure you... 

Log Out when you are finished to insure you leave the Shopping Cart empty.

A cautionary note - NEVER send confidential information via email.  Always use the Shopping Cart OR our fax.  Our fax is in a private office accessible only by trusted staff.
