Cockpit Display Panel sets (Basic) have
in the past been as rare as the proverbial "hens teeth." Besides being hard to
get, they were usually pretty poor attempts that gave some of us eye strain. No
more.
These new panels are not just "any" graphic panels. These are high
resolution, full color panels. Let me quote the manufacturer: "Unlike
the photographic reproductions, the labels on each switch, instrument, and
warning light - down to the flap speed placard, are readable. No other poster
compares." We agree! Even the reflection in the ADI glass cover
is realistic. They're so good that some guys have already bought sets just to
frame and hang on their wall.
Panels include the Overhead, Forward and Pedestal
panels (S/O panels if applicable). The example may not be from
your aircraft. These panels are 17" X 36" in size and come in sets of
three depending on aircraft type.
More panels come off the assembly line almost weekly, so if you don't see
yours on the list, keep watching.
